Mac has more than 30 years of training and consultancy specialising in Leadership and Service Quality. He has provided his expertise to clients in organizations in the Financial, Hospitality, Healthcare, Automobile, Education, Energy, Manufacturing, Property, Telcos, and Retail. He has worked with clients in ASEAN, Japan, Macau, and Europe.

Mac’s expertise is in customising the design and delivery of training programmes for audience at all levels in organizations from Senior Management to Middle and Frontline. The training programmes range from leadership and coaching to interpersonal skills training.

Mac is currently the Principal Consultant  of Competencies Dynamics, a training consultancy company in Singapore.

Prior to this, Mac was Director of Corporate T&D at Service Quality (SQ) Centre (now a member of MDIS Singapore), where he oversees the gamut of training quality specifically in training delivery, trainer competency and programme design and development. At SQ Centre, Mac and his team of Trainers and Associates delivered programmes for clients in Singapore and overseas in the areas of Service Quality, Leadership and Teambuilding.

Mac was Country Manager of SQ Centre (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (2004-2007) and led a team of trainers and consultants to partner with major Malaysian clients in the public and private sectors in their organizations’ service excellence journey. Prior to Malaysia, Mac was seconded to Indonesia (1992-1994, and 2000-2004) as Executive Assistant General Manager to manage training, operations and the start-up of Service Quality Centre Indonesia (SQCI).  His key functions were focused on the development, delivery and offering of Service Quality Training Programmes to raise service awareness in Indonesia.

Phang Wai Kheong (Malaysia based)

Phang has accumulated wide experience in the field of management, sales and marketing, managing project teams in driving the CRM strategies over the past two decades. Being a marketer by profession, he was in charge of the sales & marketing division in the fast moving consumer goods.

Therefore, planning a detailed plan and executing the plan has become second nature. Having to train and motivate his sales teams to achieve results, Phang developed a strong passion for training. As such, he became a full time trainer 20 years ago. His strength includes his ability to relate the conceptual theory into practical hands-on in real life situation application and combination of activities and learning intervention.

He has trained and facilitated many programs for corporate companies that include some of the biggest and well known namely IBM, DHL, Toshiba, Lafarge, Ericsson, Kompakar, Huawei, Agilent, Perodua, Kimberly Clark & many more.

He was also awarded the District 51 Division Governor of the Year 2011/2012. He holds the title of Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM), the highest accolade bestowed by Toastmasters International.

Dr.Leong Sai Fan, (Singapore based)

Dr Leong is a business and management consultant and facilitator.  He provides his services to companies in Singapore as weII as the neighbouring countries. He has been working with industries for the past 25 years.

He shares his interests and expertise in the development of business and corporate directions for companies (from development of mission and vision) and creating working cultures (through development of values and workplace behaviours).  He also assists companies in developing corporate strategies and translating their business processes into high performance results.  He helps companies by implementing management and operating systems, as weII as motivating people in the workplace.  His experiences in different business sectors provide him with training and consulting advantage, which is continuality taken from some of the best practices in the industry.

Academically, Dr Leong has a PhD in biochemistry from University of London and taught at the National University of Singapore for a decade before joining the corporate world.  He has published a number of scientific articles.  He has worked in a government statutory board managing standards and quality, and later joined a SIA joint venture company as General Manager, with portfolios in Indonesia and Malaysia.

Currently serving as the Immediate Part President of the Malaysian Association of Professional Trainers and Coaches (MAPTaC), Soo Hoo has been a trainer in the area of Subliminal Persuasion, Entrepreneurship and Mindset Breakthrough since 2007. In recognition of his achievements and contribution Soo Hoo is awarded with the prestigious Global Training & Development Leadership Award by The World HRD Congress in their Silver Jubilee Celebration.

He began young with a high-flying career in banking sales, servicing high net worth individuals at an international bank. In appreciation of his passion and commitment in managing their financial portfolio, some of his clients shared their experiences with him and mentored him, teaching the business and life skills they had gained in their rich lives.

With what he learnt Soo Hoo launched his own consulting business, managing corporate clients and assisting them to grow their businesses. Among his many successes then was growing the profit of a company from RM 200, 000/- to over RM 1, 000, 000/- in profits within 3 years. Another was in helping a client (KSKW Cambodia Ltd) to acquire and design a USD2Bil integrated development project in 2007.

Soo Hoo has trained regionally to participants from over 30 countries. In line with his desire to ensure practical application of the skills he teaches in the workplace, he has designed a program called Subliminal Persuasion. This program combines the best of Neuro Technologies and hypnosis to allow a deep and strong sense of influence over another. This has proven to be a very popular and impactful program.
