Lily is the founder and principal consultant of mq Training Coaching Consulting since its inception in 2005.
An energetic, engaging, and passionate facilitator by profession.

Started and grounded in the area of building a CUSTOMER CENTRIC CULTURE through Sales and Service, passionate in COACHING, and now spreading the seeds of POSITIVITY through training, coaching and talks, to help organisations create an ENGAGED and RESILIENT workplace, especially for organisations who undergo CHANGE.
With 20 years of experience, Lily has worked with more than 500 of corporate clients, 10,000 participants at all levels across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, China, and Cambodia.
