We have gone through many unexpected and unprecedented moments since 2020. The change we undergo is so fast and furious that it has caused so much of stress for us, at home, and at work. Stress negatively impacts us physically and emotionally, and it further creates negative consequences to our work engagement, productivity and performance.
We connect with our peers, staff, subordinates, superiors on day to day basis. There are moments where these co-workers of ours are experiencing some down moments.
Supportive Conversation aims to render empathy and support when opportunity arises, for us to play a supportive role to one another at workplace. Equipping employees with such conversational skills is critical to build a human supportive network in an organization, in order to help our co-workers feel supportive. It shall then help them to better engaged, communicate, and perform.
We are a professional boutique training and consultancy company with in-depth working relationship with each and every of our client. Being small and professional allow us to be focused and yet flexible in meeting our clients’ needs, hence, helps our clients in building and implementing workable solutions.
