The mission for this workshop is to equip and empower LEADERS with conscious awareness towards Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) through identifying unconscious and conscious bias as well as challenge current biases that exist.
Objectives:
– Develop deeper awareness of diversity, inclusion and bias, through building a common understanding and language amongst leaders. – Enable conscious understanding personal barriers, filters and prejudices as well as the different bias types that employees face at work. – Empower and upskill leaders with traits and behaviours of Inclusive Leadership and strategies to fight bias. – Review current practices, cascade T.EN’s D&I missions and assist leaders to build their own D&I action plan for their team & business. – Emphasis accountability and commitment of leaders action plan for sustainability and follow-through.
