- Apply Psychology Safety within teams to enable a culture of feedback, crucial conversations, openness and transparency.
- Utilize and practise tools such as the Coaching Moments Model with teams for crucial conversations, the Prioritization Matrix for productivity and 4-step Feedback Approach to drive performance.
- Develop a self-development action plan to continue to heighten and continuously grow their skills together with their learning buddy, enabling sharing of experiences, additional point of support and a positive learning experience.
