Our Approach

We adopt a comprehensive and focused approach. To meet the different and unique developmental needs of the clients, our interventions start from pre-intervention findings to allow us to feel the pulse of the organisation. There are variations of approaches used at this stage dependent on the scope of work. Some of the commonly used approaches include, focused group interview, mystery shopping, personal or organisation assessment tool, customer perception survey, employee survey etc.

Subsequently to the climate survey, we then zoom in to design and customise the interventions.

The loop is closed by post intervention review and feedback, which is done after all the interventions, or at the interim of intervention which allow us to pause and check. This stage enables organisation to measure the outcome of the interventions and provide feedback loop to chart the next phase of actions.
